Many of our members joined Reno Collective to create a sense of accountability for themselves. We want to help our members stay accountable and get them closer to achieving their goals while connecting with fellow members in the process. To accomplish this, we’re excited to announce our new Cotivation program for Reno Collective members.
What is Cotivation? Cotivation is a five-week program, with participants meeting on a weekly basis to set goals and revisit previous commitments. This means that every participant has a chance to make progress with the help of fellow coworkers. Weekly meetings ensure everyone has a sense of accountability as well as ongoing guidance from helpful peers. Challenges are routinely identified, tackled, then re-examined, so participants can feel a sense of not just progress in their work but in their development as better professionals and more well-rounded people.
The Cotivation format was created by Tony Bacigalupo https://twitter.com/tonybgoode and Susan Dorsch https://twitter.com/nomadicq and we are excited to be introducing it to the Reno Collective community.
Dates Two info-sessions will be held on July 7 & July 12, both meant to help you get a better sense of whether Cotivation is right for you. The deadline to join will be July 12, and the first session will begin during the week of July 17-21, the final session will be during the week of August 14th-18th. There will be one session a week, approximately an hour long, during a total of five weeks.
Get Started We will be piloting this with a first batch of 8-10 members and will open it up to more batches after we complete the first one in August.
If you’re interested in getting in on the first batch, please attend one of the information sessions and/or sign up here: https://renocollective.typeform.com/to/VB6kxB
