Want to learn about SEO, Web Architecture and Social Media? Next Thursday, you'll get the chance at Amendment21 as they host Lunch 2.0.
For those who don't know, Lunch 2.0 began as a bunch of Silicon Valley techies who began crashing tech companies' cafeterias to scarf free food and socialize- and morphed into a business lunch with a tech bent. The San Francisco Chronicle describes the luncheon with the following:
...a small group of high-tech go-getters, determined to get inside Silicon Valley companies, decided to reinaugurate the business lunch. They created a loose-knit community in search of a free lunch -- and social interactions with their peers. They call it Lunch 2.0. Their slogan: "We really want to eat your lunch." This techie lunch may not occur at a free cafeteria, but it's being hosted at one of our favorite places to eat and talk tech. Hosted by Reno Passport, this luncheon will feature Tommy Inglis, describing the organic growth of renopassport.com through the use of Wordpress, Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, and other tools. As the developers of the Reno Passport website and close friends of both the Passport and the Amendment 21, the Reno Collective is very excited about this new tech event in Reno.
So don't miss out on Lunch 2.0 next Thursday at the Amendment 21. We'll see you there!
